Amber Walczuk of Eternal Wellness on Root-Cause Healing, Alternative Medicine, and Leaving Traditional Healthcare

A critical care nurse leaves the traditional healthcare system and builds a different kind of wellness clinic focused on root-cause healing, biofeedback testing, nutrition, frequency therapy, and patient advocacy.

About This Episode

What happens when a critical care nurse walks away from the traditional healthcare system to build something completely different?

In Episode 1 of the UpState Press Podcast, we sit down with Amber Walczuk, founder of Eternal Wellness in Upstate South Carolina. Amber is a registered nurse, naturopath, nurse coach, and holistic wellness practitioner whose work focuses on root-cause health, biofeedback testing, nutrition, frequency therapy, and alternative healing.

Amber opens up about her years working inside the medical system, the burnout and frustration she experienced as a nurse, and her personal battle with chronic illness. After dealing with autoimmune symptoms, chronic pain, gut dysfunction, bladder problems, and neurological symptoms, Amber says alternative testing and targeted support helped her experience a dramatic turnaround in her health.

That journey eventually led her to open Eternal Wellness, where she now helps clients look beyond symptom management and explore potential root causes such as environmental toxicity, mold exposure, Lyme exposure, parasites, heavy metals, emotional stressors, nutrient deficiencies, and inflammation.

This conversation explores holistic health, Rife therapy, methylene blue, peptide therapy, hormones, natural supplementation, post-COVID wellness concerns, patient advocacy, medical freedom, faith, and the courage to question conventional thinking.

Chapter 01

Systemic Junk and Unnecessary Deaths

No matter how far up you go, it's still the same kind of just junk. Nobody is really affecting change because the machine is this monster. I was in pain 24/7. I mean, I'd wake up with like pain levels at a four or five and by the time I go to bed, they were at a 9. I literally come to the place where I was like, "This is just how it is." In 2 months time, I was 80% better. Like, I was almost bedridden and I got my whole life back. this is how I can actually help people. And that's really that was my heart was to help people because it just made me I mean it's heartbreaking. We watch people die in the hospital all the time that you know like they shouldn't they shouldn't be dying.

Chapter 02

Introducing Amber Walczuk and myeteranlwellness.com Greenville, SC

I'm Amber Walczuk. I'm a registered nurse and a naturopath. I own Eternal Wellness, which is a holistic alternative clinic here in upstate South Carolina. And essentially, as a naturopath, I am also a computerized electromal stress analysis technician. So, I specialize in a very specific form of BOF feedback testing. And in our clinic, we also specialize in a form of frequency therapy called rife therapy, which is incredibly underutilized in the alternative realm of of healthcare. So yeah, that's in a nutshell what who I am and what I do.

Chapter 03

Root‑Cause Health: Identifying Environmental and Toxic Triggers

The thing that we see the most is people are not having their health issues addressed in the medical system. So, we know that people are sicker than they've ever been before. Um, they're on tons of medication and their labs are fine. That's what they're being told. And they're really getting nowhere. They're just they they're piling on the medications without seeing any benefit. And so, when people decide to make that switch and actually address their health from a more natural or alternative standpoint, that's when they come to us. and we are in the realm of what they call like a root cause practitioner. So, we're looking for the causes of why they're sick. We're looking at all these various roots, whether it be environmental toxicity, emotional stressors, exposure, mold exposure, lime exposure, parasites, heavy metals, all of that. And so we're looking at a what

Chapter 04

Targeted Testing and Tailored Supplement Therapy

is causing all of that inflammation in their body and how do we address the terrain and the environment on the inside because our bodies were made to heal themselves. And that is what we help these people do is to heal. And so we do that through testing, figuring out what's going on and then we put them on a specific supplement regimen that is geared towards whatever their body needs. And so it's very specific. It's also comprehensive because we're not just looking at one problem. They'll come to us with dozens of issues and sometimes a dozen diagnosis. And our job is to tell them, okay, this is how all of this connects and this is why we're dealing with ABCDE E FG and this is how we're going to fix all of those things by giving your body what it needs.

Chapter 05

Nursing Experience and Realization of Systemic Limits

So, I was a nurse. So, I was an ICU nurse, critical care, traveled, worked in a lot of different nursing roles. So, I saw health care from a lot of different angles and and positions. And I think I never really fit into the medical box. And I saw some things like my first year out of nursing school, I worked in one of the hardest places that you could possibly work, which is an ELAC. And you just see things that are just egregious, you know, and nobody's really getting better. But I saw things that just kind of alerted me to the fact that like I don't know what I signed up for, but I also don't really think I believe in all of this either. And so it was several years later I job hopped because there was no contentment in anywhere that I was working. And I think I had goals. I was like, you know, in this process of trying to move up the ranks and elevate to where I just wanted to feel like I was doing more, like I could affect bigger change if I would move up into like management or or hold a higher position. So, my goal was just to keep moving up, but eventually I got to a point where I was like, "Oh, wait. No matter how far up you go, it's still the same kind of just junk." honestly like nobody is really affecting change. Nobody is creating change because the machine is this monster, you know, and it's like you're a little peeon. And so I recognized that just being a nurse that there was no possibility for me to really impact or create real change in a system like this. But also around the

Chapter 06

Autoimmune Crisis and Rapid Recovery via Alternative Testing

same time, I was dealing with extreme autoimmune disease. I was super sick. I didn't know what was going on with me, but I was already very distrustful of the medical system and had no intention whatsoever of going to a doctor to try and figure it out cuz I was like, they're not going to know that. Like, they're not figuring anybody else's stuff out. They're not going to figure my stuff out either. And so, I was just getting sicker and sicker and sicker. I mean, I had chronic headaches, migraines all the time. I was in pain 24/7. I mean, I would wake up with like pain levels at a four or five, and by the time I go to bed, they were at a nine. And I had significant gut dysfunction. I pretty much had Cro full-blown Crohn's disease, just undiagnosed. I was incontinent with my bladder. My bladder had been like really problematic for a long time. I had been diagnosed formally with interstitchial cyitis, which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the bladder. And I that was in I think I was maybe 22 when that happened. So like all these things had just kind of been compiling. And I got to a point where I was just desperate. I started having pretty significant neurological symptoms like loss of control in my right side. I had Bell's pausy with the right side of my face. And at that point, I was like, I'm super sick. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm going to go alternative and see if whatever this guy I went to this guy that does, you know, the same type of testing. Didn't know anything about it, but I was like, I'm just going to try it. I'm going to do whatever he tells me to do. and um and if it doesn't work, if I don't see any improvement, then I'll go do something different. And um in 2 months time, I was 80% better. And the whole process just blew me away because I was like,

Chapter 07

Spiritual Awakening Amidst Health Crisis

"This is crazy. Like, how does this exist, this form of testing?" And yet, nobody knows about it. I've never heard about it. And it pinpointed what was going on with me. And it's like, "Oh, you have this bacteria in your nervous system. you have this parasite in your gut, this virus in your liver. I was like, this is how I can actually help people. And that's really that was my heart was to help people because it just made me I mean it's heartbreaking. We watch people die in the hospital all the time that you know like they shouldn't they shouldn't be dying. They could get help but they just don't know where to turn. And so that is what shifted me. I was like one day I'm going to do this. So through that process like I was I was definitely like on this faith journey. At the same time I was in this place of like trying to grow my faith. I had gotten born again in 2014 and it was in 2017 that I experienced like the culmination of this health crisis. And so what was really interesting was I had a friend that I called and I was just

Chapter 08

Prayer‑Guided Discovery of Underlying Health Roots

like I called her out of desperation. I was just like what? Like I don't know what to pray. Something is bad wrong with me. Like I'm seeing things that aren't there. I'm hearing voices. I'm not myself. And she was like, "Have you asked?" Cuz I'm like crying out to the Lord. I'm like, "Lord, help me and heal me." And she's like, "Have you asked him to reveal the root?" And I'm like, "No, I've not." So, I started praying that. I was like, "Lord, just please reveal what's what's happening to me and like what the root is." And so, I had already made this appointment not knowing what it was. Like, I didn't know what this test was. I knew nothing about it. Didn't do any research. And I just had some family members that had been to him that they were like, "He can help you. He can help figure out what's going on." And so I go to him and I've I've been praying this prayer now for like two weeks. And so I go and he tells me all of this information and like pinpoints it in my body. And I I being scientifically minded and like fascinated with research, I go home and I look up everything. all of the supplements, all of the different bacterias and viruses and different things, everything that came up in that test, I was like, "Wow, this is so insanely accurate." And in in that moment, I think in my spirit, I was like, "This is the answer to my prayer."

Chapter 09

Divine Insight and the Power of Healing

And the Lord used that that guy to reveal what was truly the root. Like, I just knew that I knew that I knew he was accurate. he pinpointed these things and that the Lord had led me to that point and I was going to get better. Like I never questioned whether I was going to get better. I was like I know that this is like a divine intervention here. So through my process of doing what I said I was going to do, just sticking with it and like actually noticing improvement, like I would wake up and randomly have a thought like, "Huh, my neck hasn't hurt in 3 days. Like that's amazing." And so through that process, I'm like, what would this actually look like if I did this? And I'm a dreamer. So like I feel like when the Lord speaks to me, he often will speak in dreams and visions. I have lots of crazy dreams. And sometimes I will just like have an open vision where I'm off daydreaming, you know, but it's like super specific. And so I'd ask that question like, what would this look like if I did this as a registered nurse? Um cuz this guy was not a medical professional. You know, he'd been doing it for 30 years, but he didn't have a medical background. And the Lord like in that instant, I had this vision of what it would look like doing the same thing. And I was there holding somebody's hand, you know, pressing this probe. But he gave me this vision. He was like, "Okay, if you do this, you have to do it with me." And he showed me like I was praying for that person. I mean, prayer is powerful. People need prayer. And how many times has somebody prayed for you and it's been like I needed to hear that, you know, like it's nice. And so I was like, okay, I can do that. But in that moment, I knew it was for later. Like I knew it wasn't for right here, right now. That was in 2017, like Aprilish. And I think because there was so much that I understood that I didn't know at that time, I'm like, this is going to take time to learn. This is going to take um a lot of focus. I don't even know where to start. you know, I have to have money. This is going to be very expensive. Like I saw his setup and like the stock just of supplements is thousands of dollars. So I knew I wasn't ready for it and that whenever the time came like I would be transitioned out of the medical system and into this. And so it was another almost 5 years, you know, from 2017 to what 2022 when we opened our door. 5 years from that time period, but it was right on time. You know, it was right after CO had just hit. I had lost my job. When I lost my job, I knew I'm like, God's pulling me out of the medical system. I hate this. I don't want to be in it anymore. But like, I know what I'm going to do. I know what I'm supposed to pursue now. It opened that door and it gave me that time to actually pursue what I knew he ultimately wanted me to do. And where I kne I I just felt in my spirit I was like I know this is going to bring me joy. Like I know I'm gonna see fruit from it because my turnaround was radical. Like I was almost bedridden and I got my whole life back. And so I mean that's powerful when you were sick for years and then all of a sudden you're healed. That is so impactful. I mean you can't even really describe it to somebody that's been sick for that long. They can't even imagine what that feels like. I didn't I couldn't imagine. I had literally come to the place where I was like, "This is just how it is." Like, I

Chapter 10

Methylene Blue: Cellular Energizer and Potential Therapy

guess by the time I'm 35, I'll probably be in adult diapers. Methylene Blue, a lot of people are talking about it and if you Google methylene blue, of course, it's going to give you like a lot of negative information. Oh, it turns your insides blue. You don't want to, you know, it's a chemical dye. Well, yes, it is. However, they found that methylene blue like that particular substance energizes the cell. So, it works on the polarity of the cell, but it energizes it in a very unique way. And what a lot of people are dealing with is mitochondrial dysfunction. Like their cellular energy is really, really low. And so methylene blue is very easy to come by substance, very easy to take and easily tolerable, but that is something that you can take that is going to instantly energize the cell and boost that mitochondrial functioning. And so there's a lot of science out there, a lot of studies that obviously is not being, you know, analyzed. Like Google's not trying to to tell people the truth about it. um they're going to take a few of those outlier absurd cases and kind of harp on that and scare people away from it. But um methylene blue can be extremely beneficial and especially if it's paired with other therapy such as red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. So there are people that are studying it in those realms where they're seeing the effects of say like red light therapy is far more effective and beneficial to the body if methylene blue is also in the body pre-energizing those cells preparing them to receive the energy from that red light or preparing them to receive that oxygen. So yeah we're a big fan. Methylene blue was used initially as a blue gene dye and with the rise of the use of microscopes and microscope development. Um they were studying different dyes for staining. Um because that's practice when you're looking and examining bacteria and things under a microscope. Um, and so what they found was that methylene blue really impacted from a polarity standpoint a lot of these microorganisms and energized them. And so they started using that as it became the first pharmaceutical drug. And then as the medical system continued to kind of shift and antibiotics came on the scene, they phased that out as

Chapter 11

Methylene Blue History and Emerging Peptide Therapies

medicine was being phased in. But yeah, it's pretty interesting that that blue gene dye was then transitioned, you know, into that realm of pharmaceutical use and they were using it for malaria introvenously and it was they were having very good results with malaria patients at that time um using methylene blue to treat that parasite. So very cool. The peptide realm is like very much the wild wild west of just a new and emerging therapy. There's been a lot of research done on like things like BPC57. We've used BPC57. I personally used it was just injecting it straight into my hip and felt like it really was a huge help energy wise. I couldn't tell like a huge difference in energy, but it's not really for energy. It's it's to help decrease inflammation. And so when it comes to peptide therapy, some of them are good and then there's some that, you know, don't really have a lot of research behind it and you don't really know what you're taking and there's a lot of places you can get peptides. Now, unfortunately, the medical realm also doesn't know a lot about peptide therapy. Like there's a few people out there, people that are in I would say more like performance, you know, biohacking and performance medicine, bodybuilding world. There's a lot of people in that realm. They've been using them certain peptides for a long time. But I think it's just kind of starting to come on the scene and become this thing that people are talking about like more and more people are starting to talk about it. I think there's a lot of benefits to using certain ones. I know there's certain ones like for fertility like his peptin and PT what 141 is being used in those realms to like help boost testosterone and balance estrogen and progesterone and that sort of thing. And I think those things can be super helpful. Obviously, it's all about, you know, dosing, stacking, and then um rotating on and off of them to allow your body to shift and then um acclimate. But yeah, I I am for peptide therapy. I think that it's great. Uh it's actually an area that I really want to learn a lot more about. I want to become more proficient. Like there's a lot of different certifications out there now. I've actually just recently

Chapter 12

Pursuing Certifications to Expand Hormonal & Peptide Services

applied to go back to school to become a nurse practitioner. I don't know what's going to shake out with that right now. I've I'm still waiting on a response back. But one of the reasons why I applied to school was because I have a lot of clients that are interested in like peptide therapy or hormone therapy. They need labs, you know, they're interested in IV therapies. Um, and I can't offer any of that stuff as a registered nurse, but I could do it as a nurse practitioner having my own clinic. So, really the goal is for me to expand the clinic and get into those specifically. So, that one area is something that I'm super interested in and would go for some kind of certification um just to get get more knowledge and and feel good with it. We're looking at hormones differently than a lot of people are looking at them. And I like the idea of being able to do it from our side, like from an

Chapter 13

Energetic Approach to Hormone Testing and Validation

energetic standpoint, like what does the pituitary look like? What does the hypothalamus look like? What do the ovaries look like? you know, we need to know these things, but also being able to draw labs and, you know, those certain functional labs are really helpful, hair and saliva labs for evaluating hormones at different times of the day to really get like a full picture of, okay, well, this is what we're seeing from an energetic standpoint. This is what we're actually seeing from lab standpoint, from a blood level standpoint, and this is how we can actually positively impact that. So, we address the root cause. we actually see all of the hard evidence and data of what all those levels are exactly numerically and then we're able to put together a very specific plan for that person. But the best thing about what we do is then we could turn around and actually test and make sure that the

Chapter 14

Testing Efficacy and Caution Against GLP‑1 Drugs

plan's going to work instead of just being like we think it'll work. Let's see how it works. Like we actually have the capability to be like we know that this is going to work because it's for you. Hate it. Don't do it. There's a lot of stuff out there about Ozmpic and it's obviously the hot GLP one. Um there's about to be a new one on the scene with Redat True Tide like that has just gotten approved by Eli Liy. I know they've been doing their studies and they found that it's even better. Um which it it's a little bit different but it's still a GLP1. But those particular drugs are incredibly concerning for me and I know it's a peptide so we're dealing with peptide therapy. So it falls into that same realm but when it comes to manufacturing like that's important and so there was some information that was going around by um actually Dr. artists is who first released the information that Ozmpeek and WGOI were formulated derived from Gilammonster venom. And that sounds absurd, but at the same time, like if you actually do some research, the pharmaceutical industry has been researching venom for decades. Like they've been using it for decades. So, it's not really absurd if you know the background and you know how much it's been put into personal care products and pharmaceutical drugs. So, the it's not that farreaching to say that oh that this you know was formulated using this this particular enzyme in this particular lizard's venom and because it mimics this peptide in the body. And so there's a lot of issues with that. If you're using something that is venomous, a venomous enzyme, like we don't know how they're really formulating it. They're not telling us, but we know that it causes thyroid issues in all the animal studies. They didn't study it in humans. They studied it in animals and the animals had thyroid problems. They developed thyroid cancers, tumors. Um, not only that, but venom is neurotoxic and cardiotoxic. And so I've actually tested some people, a few handful of people that have been on Ompic for an extended amount of time, which a lot of people that need to lose 50, 60, 70, 100 pounds, they're going to stay on it for a year. So I've seen these people coming in that have been on it for 6 months to a year. And the things that I'm seeing are significant nervous system issues and thyroid issues. So they are problematic. And then there's the other issue of what's it doing to the pancreas? Really, what's it doing to the digestive system? Well, we know it slows down gastric emptying, you know, because they work on that gastric inhibitory peptide. So, what does that mean? That means when you eat, your body's not going to push that food out very fast. It's just going to sit there in your intestines. Well, it's just breaking down. It's it's literally rotting in your gut. And who knows how long it's staying in there. You know, we don't know. Oh, will you eat this? Is it going to come out today? Is it going to come out tomorrow? Is it going to come out a week from now? Nobody knows. But we do know that people that are taking it are having lots of issues with blockages. They're having lots of digestive problems. They're having thyroid problems. They're having nervous system issues. And they may not even know. And I know for a fact the medical system, the doctors, they are not connecting those two. So, I have a lot of issues with the GLP ones. I'm just like, don't do it. Stay away.

Chapter 15

Camu Camu: Natural Vitamin C for Inflammation

One thing that I see come up on a lot of people are products that have camu berry in them. So like camu camu is it's a whole food source for vitamin C. But vitamin C a lot of people are deficient in vitamin C. But what a lot of people don't know about vitamin C is it is antioxidant and it helps bring tissue inflammation down. Well, everybody's got inflammation. So it also boosts the immune system, everybody's immune system is usually pretty stressed. And so from a tissue inflammation standpoint, camu camu berry or any form of the camu plant um is super beneficial and higher doses in a whole food form is going to be best. So that one right there is one that anybody everybody could take. Everybody needs it. it's going to benefit everybody in some form of or another, whether it's circulatory, immune, it's great for the brain and the nervous system. Um, so I see that come up on a lot of people. Magnesium, potassium, everybody's deficient. Everybody's

Chapter 16

Chelated Magnesium‑Potassium Complex for Whole‑Body Health

deficient. And that's something that your body is using constantly. Like you have to have magnesium and potassium to function. Like your nervous system, your heart, your circulatory system, your gut, everything needs those two elements right there. And they need them in multiple forms. So a good complex like we have one it's called MGK and they're in a chilated uh multiple forms of magnesium and potassium in a chelated form which is like really easy for the body to break down and use. So mag potassium in a chilated form um is great and is useful for everything in the

Chapter 17

Think Zinc: Bioavailable Zinc/Magnesium/Camu Supplement

body. And then we just recently started um using this product called think zinc and we got to know the owner of the company um Biogenesis Laboratories through this process. I've learned a lot more about zinc. It's like zinc during co everybody was like take zinc you know take corsetin because you need those two things for your immune system but zinc is like a foundational building block that is useful for everything. If you want tissue repair, zinc. If you want a strong immune system, zinc. If you want more endocrine balance, you know, hormonal balance, zinc. Better neurotransmitter communication, zinc. Like, it is useful for just about every function in the body, every organ, every system. And so, the one that we use, the think zinc, it actually combined the zinc with a magnesium malate and um an organic camu berry. And then there's a few other things in it to make it super bioavailable and it's a liquid form so it's very easy for the body to absorb it and tolerate it well. And um it was so great that the company that we use um almost exclusively Standard Enzyme, they brought that guy into the organization. And so he still has his company and is still producing the Think Zinc, but we also now have it um in a slightly different formulation that we have through Standard Enzyme Company. They love the product so much and saw so much benefit with it that they wanted to bring it in and and make it a standard enzyme product. So yeah, those three

Chapter 18

Post‑COVID Spike Protein Toxicity and Detox Strategies

postcoid spike protein stuff like what what we're seeing um because I think a lot of people that is probably one of the biggest issues out of everything like we have these like hot button topics is just kind of like trending in the alternative realm um of healthcare, but there are people who are sounding the alarm about like what is going on in people's bodies, but we actually get to see it day in day out. People that got the vaccine and people that didn't get the vaccine. This is something that I talk about it, you know, in person, but I don't talk a lot about it on social media. Sometimes I think people are just tired of hearing about it, but people really aren't seeing it from the viewpoint that I'm seeing it from, that my colleagues are seeing it from. And so one of the most problematic things that we are seeing postcoid is the ongoing damage from spike proteins and there's a lot more research being done now from a standpoint of like what's actually happening in people's bodies. And so sometime in the middle of last year I I just started to develop this theory. I was like, "Okay, if you got vaccinated, we know that the spike protein, like they basically turned your body into a spike protein, getting that vaccine." And so they figured out a way to program your cells through messenger RNA, program your DNA to manufacture spike protein. And so we knew that that was happening in in the bodies of people who got any of the CO shots, whether it was just one or the two part system or if they've continued to get boosted. But I had this theory that if you just got CO, your body was making spike protein. And so we went to our our conference in November and we're members of the Association of Natural Health and that's who I'm certified through. That's who who trained me. And we go to the conference every year because it is a wealth of information and knowledge. We have doctors from all over the country come in and speak. One of the doctors, she spoke last year as well, and she's one of the smartest people I've ever heard speak on the immune system. Her name is Dr. Christina Parks. But I asked that question, are we dealing with spike protein formation in people's bodies that didn't get the vaccine? And she confirmed that. And basically she said what's happening was there was a a a very specific component of the vaccine that targeted a bacteria that's normal to everybody's gut microbiome. Like it's in everybody's flora but it targets and mutates this very specific bacteria. And as it mutates that bacteria a bunch of those bacterial cells start to clump together and they become a spike protein factory in the gut. So, we're seeing more digestive issues. And I'm like, why does everybody have gut issues and then we're also seeing more circulatory stress, like everybody's got circulatory things going on. Well, the biggest issue with the spike protein, it's also venomous, just like what we were just talking about with the wiggo and the ompic. So the proteins that they used or I I want to say the poisons that they used to formulate that particular protein were three different snake venoms. And Dr. Artist has talked widely about this. This is like not new information. A lot more people are starting to hear this information or be told this information. They go and look it up. But he's done a ton of research on this. Like he wrote an amazing book. I actually um tell a lot of people about the book. I refer a lot of people to buy the book because it's just it's such a wealth of knowledge, but it's uncovering the lies of CO 19. And so he goes deep deep deep into the research in this book about the origins of the the corona virus and the spike protein. And so we know that in terms of just venom in the body, it's cardiotoxic and it's neurotoxic. and it's toxic to everything, but those two systems are particularly stressed by venom in the body. Well, if the spike protein is venomous and it's in the body, it's going to create circulatory heart stress, nervous system stress, we're going to see that like in everybody. So, we've been seeing that and through that process, it's like, okay, well, now that we know, now that we have confirmation that a yes, people's bodies are forming spike protein, even if they didn't get the shot, people that did get the shot, theirs is like pumping it out like crazy. How do we help people get rid of that? How do we help people detox and manage their health knowing this information and knowing that this is what is causing? And so those two things, we have started to really address that. We've started to detox venom. Um so that's something that we're specifically now testing for and detoxing from the body. Um we're putting people on more tailored regimens to mitigate the damage from spike protein. What we're seeing a lot of people now we're putting them on a lot of circulatory support. uh we're doing a little bit more for digestive support as well, but it's all about the immune system and trying to mitigate that process of spike protein production. So, that's one big major thing that is really only being talked about in small circles, but the impact that it's having in people's health from our perspective, from what we're seeing, it's huge. And it's one of the biggest issues right now facing, you know, I think just the

Chapter 19

Nationwide Spike‑Protein Effects and Missed Clinical Signs

overall health of our nation because every single person was affected by it. And so people need help. And that one thing building up in the body, like the biggest issue, you know, if you want to know the biggest issue besides circulatory stress and nervous system stress, it's the blood clotting. It causes clots. You get bit by a poisonous snake, you you need to go to the hospital to get the antivenenom. Antivenenom is usually like monoconal antibodies. Um, but in that they put you on a blood thinner because you have this massive risk of developing blood clots. And so what's happening in people's bodies like on a micro level is because of all of this spike protein, all of this venom in their system, their blood is clotting, their blood is becoming thick. And so there is one thing and I have this this story. It was actually a client. She I saw her today, too. I won't say her name, but her husband recently had a major health event. They were at home. He started having crushing chest pain and he ended up, he had gotten the shot. She had not, and this was like, you know, back in 2021. So, he has this crushing chest pain. He ends up passing out. They call 911. EMS comes and gets him, rushes him to the hospital. They do a full cardiac workup because they think he's having a heart attack. Well, in that cardiac work workup, everything came back normal. Um, and so she knew enough about like what was potentially happening in his body to ask the doctor to draw a specific lab called a d-dimer. And this is not something that they're doing. They may be asking people if they got the COVID vaccine, but they're not looking at this specifically. So, he had not drawn that. He' done this whole lab work out workup, but had not looked at that particular lab. And so she's like, "Can we please get this lab?" And he was like, "Yeah, no problem." Well, it came back and it's super high. And what a d-dimer is is this it's an indicator lab of if your body is trying to break down a blood clot. So if your d-dimer is elevated, you have a clot somewhere in your body that your your body's trying to break down. So his was like through the roof. And of course now the doctor's alerted, "Oh, we've got a clot somewhere." And so he's like, "Let's get a chest CT." and they go and do the chest CT. Turns out he has a massive pulmonary embolism, a saddle pulmonary embism. So, it's a massive clot in his pulmonary artery that is clotting off both major arteries to both lungs. And they were going to send him home with nothing while he's still having chest pain and shortness of breath and all of this. I've seen this in the hospital, in the ICU. Like, I've seen people die from this. and what would have probably happened had they sent him home, he would have had a a cardiac arrest and he would have died. But they're not looking for this stuff in the hospital. So, I would encourage people whether you got the shot or whether you didn't get the shot. This is

DIY Lab Testing for Spike‑Protein Related Issues

something that you can either if you have a health care provider, you can request this particular lab to be drawn. Like it's important to know if the d-dimer is normal or if it's elevated. I go to assume that if you got the shot, it's probably going to be elev and you've done nothing. It's probably going to be elevated. And we're seeing that in a lot of people. A lot of people are struggling now with with clots in their body. And um and so if you don't have a healthcare provider, you can actually go online. There's like a lab corp on demand. We use walk-inlab.com. That's where I usually order my own labs cuz I don't have a primary care provider. I draw all my own labs. If I'm interested in learning more about what's going on with my body, I just order them online and then I take them to a lab, have them drawn. they result within 24 or 36 hours and then I can go in and like interpret myself. But you can draw it yourself if

Lumbrokinase and Complementary Protocols for Detox

you want and you don't have a primary care provider and then find somebody that like us obviously that could help you interpret and deal with that mitigate it. There is a protocol that he talks about in the book with lumbrokinace. Lumbrokinase is a proteolytic enzyme and it's one of the stronger proteolytic enzymes that you can get. But we put pretty much everybody on lumbrokinace. There you can also white pine needle tea. There's this particular compound I think the name of it is sermon but it's um in white pine needle tea. And I just recently got a new protocol from a colleague and that is part of her protocol is drinking this white pine needle tea. But it helps this particular compound actually helps degrade the spike protein. And so this has been something that I've been providing for people that have gotten the shot. But going doing ven venom detox, getting on some really specific circulatory supportives, like we have some really great things that we put people on for circulatory support, but like flax seed oil that comes up all the time. You can get a really high quality omega complete omega-3 flax seed oil is awesome for circulatory support. So we put a lot of people on that. CoQ10 for heart support. Lcarnitine is another great amino acid to help for heart support. So supporting the body, the areas that would be under most stress and then putting them on like the lumbro canise. A lot of people are matching with cat's claw too. And cat's claw has this blood thinning effect. It's an amazing antiviral, an amazing antimicrobial, antibacterial. Great for the gut. A lot of people are having obviously digestive issues if these spike proteins factories are are inside of their intestines. So, that one's a really good one um that can help cleanse the gut, but it also helps thin the blood and helps decrease viral load. So, a lot of people are going on that as well. And then nicotine. Nicotine is another one. That's another hot button

Chapter 22

Nicotine as Antidote for Spike‑Protein Detox

like trend right now that a lot of people are either curious about, asking questions about, doing research on, but Dr. artist. I think he was the first person that came out actually exposing the fact that nicotine all the information about the benefits of nicotine have been just like totally suppressed for so long. There's so much research, a mountain of research that these I mean prestigious universities have been doing. So they know the benefits of nicotine and they've just continued to lie to us about it. But he talks about this in his book, but nicotine is also an antidote to venom. And so it can help degrade that spike protein, but it's also great to help reduce viral overload. So it helps suppress viral replication. So we will actually test people to see. A lot of people come in and they're already asking about it. Um, but it's something that we recommend if people don't know about it, they got the shot or this is something that comes up and we feel like this is really a problem. We'll usually test them for nicotine patches and their proper dosage, how often they need to wear them, that sort of thing. But that's like an easy, not super expensive means to help mitigate that process.
